The chalet is nestled in a quiet neighborhood and we absolutely have a "no party policy"

Guests must have a prior history with AirBNB/VRBO to request a reservation. We are pet friendly w/ a fee.

The space
The chalet is tastefully decorated to suit every style of guest.

One main king size bedroom is downstairs adjacent to the living room and has direct access to the backyard. There is also a full bath downstairs with a showered and jetted tub.

Two bedrooms upstairs: One with a full size bed and private balcony. The other room has 2 twin beds. Upstairs is another full bathroom with shower/tub.

Bonus 3rd floor bonus game loft. the perfect private retreat for teenagers to watch tv or play games. Two huge beanbags and internet TV are also in the loft. Please note there are no sleeping accommodations in loft and it is not recommended to leave small children unattended in loft due to the pull down stairs.

Who likes a stocked kitchen? We sure do! We provide a wide variety of pots/pans , utensils, dishes ,blender etc etc.We have you covered! Even a starter supply of coffee and creamer for your first morning.

Our backyard is fully enclosed and secured making it perfect for our K9 guests. We allow up to 3 well behaved dogs with a non refundable fee. Please do not leave your pets unattended in the back yard. We do have bears and coyotes that frequent our neighborhood. Patio furniture and a propane BBQ are available during the warmer months for your use.

Our front deck is fully secure with patio furniture during the summer months. There is no patio furniture during snow/cold season. No need to worry about shoveling snow! We have a service that comes over to keep the stairs and driveway easily accessible during snow season.

Please note due to seasonal mild summer weather the chalet is not furnished with AC. There are fans located throughout the chalet and the evenings cool down substantially.

We are strict about quiet hours between 10pm-8am. We do not allow large parties or gatherings. There is a 6 person max
Additional notes
Please note that we do not have carpet in the chalet. The floors are slate or hardwood. The indoor staircase is slate tiles. Please keep this in mind for small children/infants.

Neighborhood overview
Our Chalet is nestled in a nice quiet neighborhood surrounded by other rentals and permanent residents. The chalet is located off Pioneer Trail Rd. with easy and quick access to downtown and local ski resorts.

We love our neighbors and respect their desire for a quiet and safe neighborhood. We do not allow large parties and a fine will be cited by El Dorado County if the sheriff's are called for a noise complaint.
Getting around
2 covered parking spaces are provided. Street parking is also available with the following exception:
No parking is allowed on the street during snow removal conditions or between November 1st- May 1st
